Shipping Costs

Doctrine is a small business and we do our best to offer the lowest possible delivery costs to you, our customers:

The Netherlands: €5,60 
EU: €12,95 
World: €24,95 

All items are sent by DPD/Post.nl with a standard Track&Trace option. If you wish the personal pick up or different shipping method, please contact us at hi@doctrine.store

When making the order, if you are outside the European Union, please note that you are responsible for payment of local customs taxes.

We ship the orders within 1-3 working days with Post.NL Track&Trace option. Orders usually arrive in the EU within 2-4 working days of being dispatched. You will receive a tracking link to follow your order. Please note that during the pandemic there can be expected several delays.

To save our planet, we recycle and reuse as much packaging as we can.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you will love your purchased products, but if you do not, you have 14 days after the day you receive the products to change your mind, unless your products are split into several deliveries over different days. In this case you have until 14 das after the day you receive the last delivery to change your mind about the products.

WHAT TO DO?

1. To return/exchange an item email us hi@doctrine.store, with a note of your order number to tell us you would like to make a return.

2. After we have confirmed we have received your return/exchange request, put the item back in the original packaging and send it safely and with the correct postage to:

The product(s) should be complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with its original packaging. Please note that if you will cancel the contract, you will have to pay the cost of returning the relevant product(s) to us.

Please note that we are not able to refund any postage charges. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we are not be able to process a return that doesn't reach us safely in the post.

3. After receiving your return we will send you a confirmation email. The reimbursement will be paid using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction within 14 days after receiving the returned products.

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. 

EXCHANGE OF FAULTY ITEMS

We hope that your item reaches you in perfect condition and that you are very happy with it. If however an item arrives to you and it is faulty, please email us at hi@doctrine.store stating your order number and the nature of the fault, and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. Please post any faulty items to the above address.
